I find 7s soundtrack pretty hit or miss (some I cannot stand), but Shade Man's theme (well, "themes" technically) stand head and shoulders above pretty much every other track in the game. Thanks for doing this I love Mega Man but I really would Mega man X4 soundtrack. And of course the final boss theme for Zero 3 rocks so hard (and to boot, its pretty much the best end battle in any MM game ever) Zero (the series) wise - the two main choices, which are boring safe choices, are Zero's main theme (played in several games), again remixes especially as it just has this amazing build up and payoff. I personally really liked X3's Snes OST (not the Saturn one, felt like they stripped back the rock sound there), just the whole soundtrack sounds pretty badass. The various Sigma and Zero boss fights all rock. Get equipped with the stunningly nostalgic Mega Man X4 Sound Collection, featuring all the classic tunes from the original Mega Man. I've always loved Armored Armadillo's theme.
Nitro Man's from 10 as well is equally as awesome. Names for the stages of Mega Man and Mega Man X series. Play with guitar, piano, ukulele, or any instrument you choose. Solar Man's theme from 10 (especially some of the metal remixes) is just so darn good. Pharaoh especially as that gets several excellent remixes - see Power Battle, see Network Transmission etc. Skull and Pharaoh Man's music is part of the reason why I adore MM4 so much.
